Our commitment to responsible tourism
At Patchwork, hospitality goes beyond accommodation. Each visit will contribute to a social enterprise dedicated to creating employment opportunities for people excluded from the job market.
We also embrace a circular approach by promoting upcycling, local craftsmanship and sustainable practices.

Immersive
training
Patchwork offers training in hospitality professions to refugees and newly-arrived migrants with limited access to the labour market. For six months, participants will learn through hands-on experience in a real working environment.
Double impact
By combining theory, practical experience and tailored support, the project fosters long-term employment inclusion. At the same time, it helps address the shortage of skilled talent in the hospitality sector.

The founders
Patchwork is a family story led by two sisters, Georgina and Stephanie Siklossy, and joined by Martin Duchateau, Stephanie's partner.
They combine their expertise in the hospitality, non-profit and humanitarian sectors to create a place dedicated to the transmission of knowledge and values.
An advisory board supports the project to ensure its social impact, strategic direction and long-term sustainability.
